As the vice chair of informatics at ��ɫAV Langone, I am dedicated to leveraging the latest technology and data analysis to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. My approach to care is deeply rooted in compassion and patient–provider principles, ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

I specialize in diagnosing and treating lung conditions, with a particular focus on lung cancer. My expertise spans the interpretation of imaging and the performance of minimally invasive procedures, such as biopsies and ablations. These procedures often do not require incisions and are typically performed with moderate sedation, allowing for faster recovery times. With years of experience and a commitment to using cutting-edge techniques, I strive to provide the highest level of care to my patients.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in research, particularly in the areas of lung cancer and information technologies. My work aims to advance the field of thoracic imaging and improve patient outcomes through innovative approaches. As one of the busiest thoracic interventionalists in the United States, I perform hundreds of procedures each year, always prioritizing the wellbeing and comfort of my patients.

My journey into medicine was profoundly influenced by my father's experience with lung cancer, which continues to drive my passion for this field. I earned my medical degree from Albany Medical College, completed my residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center, and pursued fellowships in thoracic radiology and informatics at ��ɫAV Grossman School of Medicine and Stony Brook University Medical Center. I was fortunate to have the late Donald Harrington, MD as a long-term mentor during my training, which has greatly shaped my approach to patient care.

At ��ɫAV Langone, my team and I are committed to providing coordinated care. We take the time to listen to our patients, understand their concerns, and explain their conditions and treatment options in a clear and accessible manner.
