When to Expect to Receive Your W-2:
W-2s annual income statements can not be processed until after the annual, quarterly, and monthly tax reconciliations are completed. Thus, the statements are usually mailed around the beginning of the last week of January. If you do not receive a W-2 by February 14, please feel free to contact the Payroll Office.
Where to Expect to Receive Your W-2:
Your W-2 will be mailed to the address that the Payroll Office has on file as your official "payroll address." In certain circumstances, the payroll address may be different than your mailing address. You may review your addresses at any time in Self-Service, under the Employee section.
Some international students and employees residing on campus will continue to receive their W-2s via your campus mail address.
In addition to the paper W-2 statement, your W-2 will also be accessible to current employees through Self鈥怱ervice. The statement you find there is acceptable for IRS, state, and local submissions. The online statement is accessible by following the directions outlined below.
