- OPEN the file / SAVE the file as a PDF file
- CLICK ON 鈥渃omments鈥� found at the top of the window of the opened PDF
- SELECT 鈥渆nable for commenting and analysis in Adobe reader鈥� which is about half way down on the menu.
- This allows even those who only have Adobe Reader /don鈥檛 have Acrobat Professional version to 鈥淐omment鈥� (make revisions to the PDF using sticky notes etc.)
- RESAVE the originally saved PDF file
- CLOSE the PDF
